Enjoy 1889 prices in honor of Paso Robles’ 125th anniversary
In celebration of Paso Robles’ Quasquicentennial celebration, The Academy Café at the Paso Robles Culinary Arts Academy is featuring, for historical enjoyment, items that represent Paso Robles’ past. Breakfast and lunch items are available each Friday starting on October 11, 2013 and continuing through the end of 2014.

The Paso Robles Culinary Arts Academy.
The Paso Robles Culinary Arts Program was established in 1998 to fulfill the rapid growth and demands of the food service industry. The Paso Robles Culinary Arts Academy trains and prepares junior and senior high school students for entry into this exciting career. This educational experience is unique in that it offers students an opportunity to work and operate in an actual restaurant, which prepares them for an easy transition into actual employment in area restaurants. This experience increases their value to their future employers as well as they learn a wide variety of skills from table service, catering, breakfast, lunch, dinner, menu production, and a wide variety of baking and costing procedures. This vocational course was designed in conjunction with what is actually required by chefs and restaurateurs for employment in their businesses.
