Accused drug dealer arrested in downtown

Nicholas Davis, 36

On Thursday at about 3:30 p.m., the Paso Robles Police Department’s Special Enforcement Team conducted a probation search in the 800 block of Park Street after receiving information of possible drug activity in the area. Detectives contacted Nicholas Davis who resided at the residence and was on active probation.

During the search of the residence, Detectives located six grams of methamphetamine, 38 various prescription pills, 246 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and indicia of drug sales. Davis was placed under arrest for several felony drug related charges. He was later transported to San Luis Obispo County Jail.

• Nicholas Lawrence Davis (DOB 07-22-78) of Paso Robles- Possession of a controlled substance for sales (a felony), possession of narcotics for sales (a felony), possession of drug paraphernalia (a misdemeanor), and possession of marijuana for sales (a felony).
