Adrian Bellue, a touring fingerstyle and harp guitarist will perform in Paso Robles and Morro Bay on May 18 as part of his Wandering the West Coast Tour.

His tour stop along the Central Coast will have Bellue taking the stage at Sculpterra Winery in Paso Robles with Songwriter’s at Play at 3 p.m. followed by a performance at Otter Rock Cafe in Morro Bay at 6 p.m.

According to a recent press release, Bellue was introduced to music at an early age, starting with clarinet and choir before receiving his first guitar. Exploring many styles of music while teaching himself to play guitar, he eventually began pursuing music of his own. Taking influence and inspiration from guitarists such as Andy Mckee and Antoine Dufour, he uses rhythmic percussion and extended techniques to turn his guitar into a band.

With his debut album Draw Inspiration, Bellue has made a presence in the fingerstyle guitar community and he has performed and studied with world renowned guitarists such as Antoine Dufour, Craig D’Andrea, and John Doan.

Bellue has trained himself to perform a variety of Tuvan throat singing styles; throat singing can train the practitioner to sing up to fpur notes at the same time using harmonic overtones within the human vocal chords.
