– Alan Jackson performed at the Mid-State Fair on Tuesday night. Crowds went wild for his performances of country classics as part of his 25th Anniversary “Keepin’ It Country Tour.”

Jackson has appeared at the California Mid-State Fair more than any other artist in the fair’s history. His July 2015 appearance will be his record 10th time at the fair, having last appeared in concert in Paso Robles in the summer of 2008. Brett Eldredge opened the show.

Jackson is best known for his hits, “Chattahoochee,” “Drive,” “Gone Country,” the summertime party-anthems “It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere” and “Good Time,” and more. Eldredge has scored #1 hits with the songs “Don’t Ya” and “Beat Of The Music.”
