City plans sewer replacement at 19th and 23rd
The Paso Robles City Council earlier this month approved a resolution to move forward with replacing a couple of sewer lines. The city is hiring Penfield & Smith to prepare plans and specifications for replacement of sewers at 19th and 23rd streets prior to repaving of Spring Street, for an amount not to exceed $11,000.
Penfield & Smith provides integrated engineering, surveying, traffic, planning, and construction management services to public and private customers throughout the Central Coast and Southern California.
