Art After Dark Paso starts Jan. 4

First Saturday of the month art walk planned all year

Art After Dark PasoPaso Robles is already well known for its award-winning wine, and now the city is emerging as a hub for the arts. The downtown boasts five fine art galleries, hosts numerous annual art events, and many tasting rooms and other venues focus on visual and performing arts. Art After Dark Paso, formerly known as First Saturdays: Wine & the Arts, is a significant part of the emerging new art scene.

Always the first Saturday of every month, Art After Dark Paso promotes artists, galleries and venues that showcase the visual, literary and performing arts. The free, self-guided art walk is program of ARTS Obispo and co-sponsored by TravelPaso, Downtown Paso Robles Main Street Association.

ARTS Obispo, the local partner of the California Arts Council, advances the arts in San Luis Obispo County through programs that promote public access to the arts, arts in educational settings, local arts planning and collaboration, and opportunities for artists and arts organizations.
