Atascadero Lake ceremonial rain dance on Nov. 15

The public is invited to an Atascadero Lake Bandstand ceremonial rain dance & meditation on Nov. 15. LaVonne Rae Andrews, an Alaskan Native American, and members of the Central Coast Center for Spiritual Living along with members of the Atascadero Awakening Ways Spiritual Community will begin at 1 p.m. at the Atascadero Lake Park Bandstand for a ceremonial rain dance.

The rain dance is being performed in homage to Mother Earth and in reverence to one of the Earth’s most precious and sacred resources—Water. Everyone is welcome to participate in this beautiful and powerful ceremony.
