Candidates forums set for school board and city council 

The League of Women Voters of San Luis Obispo County will moderate an “Ask the Candidates” forum for Paso Robles School Board candidates on Oct. 7, from 7-9 p.m. at the School District Board Room, 800 Niblick Road in Paso Robles.

A forum for Paso Robles City Council candidates will be held on Oct. 9, from 5:30-7:30 p.m .at the Holiday Inn Express Event Center, 2455 Riverside Avenue in Paso Robles. The City Council candidate forum is sponsored by the Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce.

The League of Women Voters works with local organizations to conduct candidate forums. Local organizations arrange the location and date for the forum, contact the candidates, and ask the League to conduct and moderate the forum.
