Central Pacific Construction contracted for multiple local projects
–Paso Robles commercial contractors Central Pacific Construction announced that they have been contracted for multiple local projects.
In the San Luis Obispo area, finding a contractor is no issue. With as many Paso Robles Commercial Contractors as there are, some contractors may find themselves in heavy competition against other fellow businesses to stay busy. For others, their reputation precedes them; staying busy is no challenge at all. With a reputation for customer satisfaction, it’s only a matter of time until the next job, big or small.
Such is the case with Paso Robles’ Commercial Contractors Central Pacific Construction, or CPC. In the past year, CPC has managed to keep themselves busy through a large variety of projects contracted by well-established businesses in the San Luis Obispo County area. Working with businesses such as Sun Communities and Pacifica Commercial Realty, CPC’s done projects ranging from minor miscellaneous commercial repair work to 30,000 foot event centers.
Working with Sun Communities, a company which owns hundreds of RV parks throughout the United States, Central Pacific Construction has in the last 6 months completed two projects: One is an entertainment area which includes a bar, outdoor seating, metal railings, and beautiful light fixtures adding an ambient vibe to the area. The other is a maintenance shop for the employees, which matches the main club house.
“The park is visited by thousands of guests per year, it was a privilege to be part of this project and work for an organization of this caliber” says Frank Cueva, owner of CPC.
In the last year, CPC has also been contracted by Pacifica Commercial Realty, a well-established commercial real estate management firm based in Paso Robles. They’ve recently completed tenant improvements as well as miscellaneous commercial repair work, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
“PC is a very well-established firm that’s maintained by very qualified, professional staff that are an absolute pleasure to work with. It takes a long time and many trials to get established with a firm as Pacifica. We look forward to a long lasting working relationship and are very proud to be part of this project. We’re excited to see it’s grand finale,” says Cueva of the Pacifica job.
Central Pacific Construction is also currently working on a large scale project, which when finished will yield a 30,000 square foot Event Center as well as a 5,000 square foot stage building for weddings and other events. This project is located on a 90-acre vineyard with beautiful views of the Paso Robles Valleys and hills filled with vineyards and oak trees.
