City leaders to discuss development impact fee 

City leaders to discuss development impact fee and review facility needs list

Screen Shot 2013-04-19 at 7.59.27 AMThe Paso Robles City Council and Planning Commission will be holding a workshop on Thursday, April 25, 2013, at 6:30 PM in the Emergency Services Main Conference Center at 900 Park Street, Paso Robles, CA, to accept testimony and discuss contents of the draft comprehensive AB 1600 impact fee Needs List.

The workshop will focus on ensuring projects listed in the impact fee program are supported by council policy and/or goals. Draft materials to be considered by the City will be available for public review on the City website at: www.prcity.com on April 19, 2013. Copies of materials may also be obtained from the Community Development Department by calling (805) 237-3860.
