Construction begins on 51 new homes

A 51-unit housing tract is under construction at the corner of River Oaks Drive and Experimental Station Road in Paso Robles. The Cove project subdivides a 4.28-acre site into 56 lots, for the development of 51 single family residential lots, four open space lots and a common area.
The homes will be 2-story, ranging in size from 1,500 to 3,000 square feet. The developer is Midland Pacific Building Corporation.
Phase I, 24 lots, is under construction and the homes should be completed by October 2015.
