City Council approves new terms for Wine Wrangler at train station

The Paso Robles City Council extended a lease for the space occupied by the Wine Wrangler at the Paso Robles Train Station. The extension is for nine months and includes a market rate rent of $1.74 per square foot along with elimination of the tourism service agreement that had previously been in place.

For the past five years the wine tour company received free rent for providing tourism services at 1,000-square-foot location at the northern portion of 800 Pine Street. Before 2008 the location was  run by the Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce as a visitors center for tourists coming to town by bus or train.
