Crystal Daneine Moya Baker dies at 30 

Crystal Daneine Moya Baker (Sissy) died January 20, 2015 at the young age of thirty in Paso Robles.

Crystal was brought into this world on Aug. 11, 1984 by her parents Sharon and Jerry Moyain Visalia, California where she attended schools until the age of thirteen. Crystal and her family moved to Hanford, California where she attended Pioneer Middle School and Hanford High.

Crystal had a passion and a love for the arts. She continued her love of cheerleading throughout High school and while she attended college. Crystal was involved in dance from the time she was a toddler that carried throughout her adult life. Her passion for music and singing never ended. She was involved in choir throughout her school years.

Crystal met and fell in love at an early age with John Avila. They married and had two children, Beau Darrion and Brody Dawson. Crystal worked as a CNA at this time, as she had such a strong passion for the elderly.

Later, Crystal met and fell in love with her husband Nathaniel Baker. Their family continued to grow, as they had three more children, Bradan Donovan, Blane Dylon, and Bree-Danzi Kayleine. The family lived in Texas for a period of time while Nathaniel was in the army, before relocating and settleing in Paso Robles. Crystal was highly involved with her children and their activities. She loved being a “football, baseball and cheer mom.”

Crystal is preceded in death by her great grandparents Barney Sr. and Versie Pearson, her loving grandparents Barney Jr. and Viola Pearson, also Phil and Tilly Moya, her uncle Calvin Daniel Pearson, her aunts Evelyn Jojola, and Elizabith Jaramillo. Also her cousins, Calvin Daniel Pearson Jr, Barney Eric Pearson, David Shawn Mathis, Shanna Dianne Pearson and Jason William Pearson Sr. Crystal is survived by her husband Nathaniel Baker and her five children, Beau Avila, Brody Avila, Bradan Baker, Blane Baker, and Bree Baker. Her loving mother Sharon Moya and father Jerry Moya, her sister Jessica and brother in law Stanley Creech, sister Adriana and brother in law Brian Davin, and sister Haley Moya. Her nephews Justin Olvera, Devin Creech, and soon to arrive Jaxon Davin, and her niece Shaylynn Creech, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins that love her dearly, as well as her beloved bulldog Tank.

Crystal will be forever in our hearts and dearly missed. Visitation may be made at Millers Memorial Chapel in Visalia, Thursday January 29, from 5-9pm. Funeral Services will be held in the Visalia District Cemetery at 1pm on Friday, Jan. 30, 2015.
