In late 2014, Mosier was selected by the chamber’s nominating committee as the chair-elect and confirmed by the board of directors. Following the resignation of then chair Daniele Fresca, Mosier succeeded to the position of chair with the support of the board.

“I am very much looking forward to this coming year and serving the members of the chamber in this role,” said Mosier. “The board set its vision earlier this year which I believe exemplifies the core of what chambers are all about: a complete focus on serving the members and the community in which they do business. To do so, the Board will build on the successes of the prior year and look back to the basic principles that contributed to the success of this 94 year old institution.”

An attorney at Carmel & Naccasha since 2012, Mosier focuses his practice on businesses and business owners in the areas of business planning & transactions, exit and succession planning, startups and entity formations, ongoing entity maintenance and governance, intellectual property matters, and buy-sell and other ownership arrangements. Mosier also works closely with individuals and families on their trust and estate planning, special needs planning, personal income tax planning, trust administration and probate matters.

“Dallas made an impact with his work on the Paso Robles Chamber’s 501C3 in 2014. As board chair in 2015, we look forward to Dallas’ leadership of the board for the Paso Robles Chamber” said Sunni Mullinax, President/CEO of the Paso Robles Chamber.

Mosier is no stranger to community service. His volunteer activities are wide ranging, including serving as President of the San Luis Obispo Legal Alternatives (providing free legal services to those who cannot afford them),the past Vice President of Tech Networking SLO (helps build technology based networking opportunities for local business people), and as a board member of The Pate Foundation (developing low income housing).
