Digital bookmobile coming to city library 

bookmobileThe Paso Robles City Library invites the public to experience the Overdrive Digital Bookmobile on Tuesday, February 4, 2014, from 1-7 p.m. in front of the Library, 1000 Spring Street.

The bookmobile is a 74-foot, 18-wheeled tractor trailer that travels the country delivering information and hands-on instruction on accessing over 1 million downloadable titles from more than 2,000 publishers. With no late fees!

A digital marketplace providing eBook, audiobook, and other digital content to millions of library users, Overdrive’s free software is compatible with most electronic reading devices, such as Kindles, Nooks, iPads, iPhones, tablets and most smart phones.

Bring your electronic reading device and your library card to the Overdrive Digital Bookmobile and start the New Year discovering the Library’s growing eAudio and eBook collection of bestsellers, popular books for adults, teens, and children, mysteries, science fiction, biographies and other nonfiction titles.

The Paso Robles City Library is located at 1000 Spring Street and is open Monday – Friday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information on library programs and events, please call (805) 237-3870.
