Songwriters At Play presents Kiki Ebsen returning to headline two of our showcases — Sunday Feb. 3, from 1pm to 4pm at Sculpterra Winery and Monday Feb. 4 at Upper Crust Trattoria. Based in the Southern California town of Agoura Hills, Kiki is an accomplished singer and songwriter, and also known for backing up such artists as Christopher Cross, Wilson Phillips, Boz Scaggs, Tracy Chapman and many more. Last year, she released “The Beauty Inside”, her first original CD in five years. Already with four CD’s under her belt, her latest is an impressive collection of thirteen self-penned tunes inspired by her own real life stories. …and yes, she is Buddy Ebsen’s daughter. Songwriters At Play holds showcases every Sunday afternoon, 1pm – 4 pm at Sculpterra Winery. The showcase includes one featured act and others playing 4-song sets. We pass the tip jar during the featured set, otherwise no cover. All ages are welcome, no cover charge.
