The Paso Robles Pioneer Museum.

Summertime in the north county brings thoughts of weddings and independence. Right now the Paso Robles Pioneer Museum has exhibits that feature both in the form of wedding dresses and military uniforms.

Visitors and locals alike are welcomed to come inside and see an impressive display of bridal and bridesmaid gowns from local families. Some of the wedding dresses have been worn by multiple generations of north county brides.

Looking through the museum’s exhibits, visitors will find a unique military display that showcases uniforms, combat fatigues, and military artifacts collected by Paso Robles veterans dating back to World War I.

The museum is open Thursday through Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. Admission is free. More information is available at pasoroblespioneermuseum.org. The Paso Robles Pioneer Museum is located at 2010 Riverside Ave, next to the California Mid-State Fair.
