Free hypnosis class offered
New recreation instructor Harvey Hunt offering, “Improving Yourself with Hypnosis,” class this Summer
–Paso Robles Recreation Services will be hosting a free evening event for community members to meet hypnotherapist Harvey Hunt on Wednesday, May 25 at 6:30 p.m. at Centennial Park 600 Nickerson Drive in Paso Robles. A certified hypnotherapist for over 50 years, Hunt will be offering three summer sessions of his class, “Improving Yourself with Hypnosis through Recreation Services.”
During the free event on Wednesday, May 25, Hunt will demonstrate the techniques of hypnosis and discuss the ways in which this natural state of selective focused attention can be used to help overcome fears and phobias, change habits, battle depression or weight gain, manage pain, enhance healing and boost sports performance.
The class is recommended for everyone ages 15 and older especially students, anyone working in the medical field, or sales, marketing and management positions. Hunt received his training by Omni Hypnosis Center and The National Guild of Hypnotists.
No registration is necessary for the free event on Wednesday, May 25. Two additional opportunities to meet Harvey Hunt during a free instructor evening are scheduled for Tuesday, June 21 and Monday, July 25 both from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Classes will also be held June 27-29 and August 3-5.
