Gym, racquetball club hosting open house
Champions will be offering free racquetball lessons and equipment rentals on Nov. 18 and 19.
–Champions Health and Racquetball Club in Atascadero is hosting a Member Appreciation and Open House event Nov. 18 and 19. starting at 9 a.m.
They will be offering free body compositions, nutrition advice and personal training both days. They’ll also be serving all kinds of food, smoothies and protein drinks, demonstrations on food frequency meal proportions and how to “lose weight the right way.”
Food will be prepared by Chef Kim from the Wellness Kitchen in Templeton. Sign up at the front counter for her special cooking class on the 18th at 4 p.m.
Free racquetball lessons and equipment will be available all day Friday and Saturday.
They will have a raffle with a chance to win all kinds of memberships, massages, smoothies, T-shirts, advanced racquetball lessons, personal training sessions and sports bags. Half price memberships will be available all day both days.
