Highway 101 maintenance work in Atascadero slated next week
Closure will allow Caltrans to perform landscape maintenance
– The left lane of southbound US Highway 101 from San Anselmo Road to the southbound ramp to State Route 41 in Atascadero will be closed Monday, Oct. 10 through Thursday, Oct. 13. from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
These lane/ramp closures are necessary so that Caltrans maintenance workers can perform landscape work along the center median including trimming and pruning oleander trees and picking up litter and debris in the area. Motorists can expect delays not to exceed ten minutes.
Caltrans reminds motorists to move over and slow down when driving through highway construction zones.
