Highway 101 resurfacing of Cuesta Grade continues 

– A project to resurface U.S. Highway 101 in both directions from Reservoir Canyon Road to north of Cuesta Peak will continue for the next two weeks beginning Sunday, Aug. 9 with road work scheduled during the daytime and overnight hours.roads

Motorists will encounter lane closures on northbound US Highway 101 Sunday night through through Friday morning from 8 pm until 9 am and southbound from 7 pm until 6 am. One lane will remain open to traffic in both directions along the two-lane segment of the highway while two lanes will remain open along the three-lane segment of the highway.

There will be daytime lane closures on northbound US Highway 101 next week from 9 am until 8 pm and southbound from 6 am to 7 pm. There will be no road work Fridays from 6 am until Sundays at 8 pm.

The contractor for this $3.1 million project is Telfer Highway Technologies of McClellan, CA. This project is expected to be completed next month.
