Hwy 101 lane closing for tree removal in Templeton 

Cal TransThe northbound No. 2 lane, the slow lane, of U.S. Hwy. 101 from south of San Ramon Road to Vineyard Avenue will be closed between the hours of 9 am to 2:30 pm on Wednesday, Oct. 30 and Thursday, Oct. 31 to allow Caltrans to remove a diseased oak tree which is adjacent to the highway.

Motorists may encounter delays not to exceed ten minutes. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) will be present to ensure the safety of motorists and highway workers.

Caltrans reminds motorists to move over and slow down when driving through highway work zones.
