Indecent exposure reported at city park
On Monday at approximately 9:03 p.m., the Paso Robles Police Department received a report of an indecent exposure that had just occurred in the City Park at 1100 Spring Street.
The reporting parties were two adult females who had been walking together through the park closest to 12th Street. These two victims noticed the suspect walking towards them with his genitals exposed. The victims were startled and continued walking while the suspect walked away from them.
The victims sat down and watched as the suspect turned around and walked back towards them. The suspect then walked inside the ‘Santa’s House’ structure inside the park near the intersection of 12th and Park Streets where he remained for a few minutes.
The suspect then walked out of the structure and got into a vehicle parked nearby and drove off.
The suspect was described as a white male adult in his mid-30’s, six feet tall, medium build, bald or shaved head, full beard medium length, wearing a light blue charcoal colored zip up sweatshirt and khaki colored shorts.
The suspect’s vehicle was described as a white 4 door Toyota Prius with all black powder coated custom rims. Police officers searched the area but did not locate the suspect or suspect vehicle.
This investigation is ongoing, and police are seeking assistance from the public.
