On Saturday, April 12, at about 7 a.m., the Paso Robles Police Department’s Special Enforcement Team served a narcotics related search warrant in the 1800 block of Serra Way in the City of Paso Robles. During a search of the residence approximately .5 grams heroin, numerous hypodermic needles, indicia of heroin use, prescription pills, and other drug paraphernalia was seized.

The investigation revealed the residence was being used by numerous people to consume illegal narcotics. The home owner, a 73-year-old female, had been taken advantage of by her drug addicted son who was allowing his drug-addicted friends uncontrolled access to the residence. A referral is pending with adult protective services to assist her with additional resources.

The following people were arrested and later booked into the San Luis Obispo County jail as a result of the investigation:

  • Christopher Cortelyou (DOB 6-22-1976) of Paso Robles was arrested on possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
  • Caleb Reberry (DOB 5-30-1992) of Paso Robles was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
