Lazer Star Lights, a manufacturer in Paso Robles, is experiencing strong growth and is seeking a self-starter and highly-motivated individual to maintain and distribute company data including updates of multiple spreadsheets, website data, and images as well as video content.
Customer service responsibilities are also required up to and including answering phone calls and routing to proper individuals. Speaking to current and potential customers which makes you the voice of the company on a daily basis.
Skills ideal to this position and working knowledge of the following is expected:
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel and associated Microsoft Office software.
- Microsoft Outlook
- Dropbox / Google Drive
- Sage Accounting Software
- People skills and good phone manner
- Multitasking
- Reporting
- Note taking
- Task assignment and follow up
All candidates must pass a pre employment drug screening, have a clean driving record and a current drivers license. Times of constant phone work and long periods of standing occur, individuals should also be able to pick up and lift 50LBS.
