LaGuardia’s Italian Deli at the airport closes
A restaurant that opened at the Paso Robles Airport in November of 2012 closed its doors yesterday.
“Sad news to post… LaGuardia’s Italian Deli will be closing tomorrow for good,” the owners wrote Wednesday on Facebook. “We would like to thank all of those who have come to our deli and enjoyed the food and family. We have appreciated all of your support. For those of you who are our loyal customers, we will miss seeing and serving you! Ciao!, Lou & Jen.”
They said they will continue their catering business and plan to be at Tobin James for Zinfest and Castoro Cellars for Paso Robles Wine Festival weekend.
Owner Lou LaGuardia served gourmet style Italian sandwiches, salads and other dishes for breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday. The restaurant location at the airport terminal, 4900 Wing Way, Paso Robles, was previously occupied by Matthew’s restaurant.
