Local law enforcement recognized at Masonic Lodge 

Paso Robles Masons honored local law enforcement at a special awards dinner and presentation on June 4. The annual event was hosted on behalf of outstanding law enforcement officers at the Thaddeus Sherman Masonic Lodge, located at 320 Sherwood Rd., Paso Robles.

The recipients where:

• California Highway Patrol Templeton office: Officer Steve Pierce
• San Luis Obispo County Sheriffs Office North County: Deputy John McKenney
• San Luis Obispo County Sheriffs Office Coastal Station: Sgt. Stuart McDonald
• Paso Robles Police Department: Officer Eric Azarvand

Also in attendance for the event were Paso Robles City Councilmen Steve Martin and John Hamon and San Luis Obispo County Supervisor Frank Mecham.
