Man arrested for molesting 13-year-old boy
On Monday at approximately 6:45 p.m., a 13-year-old boy came to the Paso Robles Police Department to report that he had been sexually molested by a known acquaintance, who was an adult. Paso Robles police detectives Bureau was advised of the incident and assumed the case.
Detectives quickly determined what had occurred and located the suspect, according to a police report. The suspect was placed under
arrest for three felony charges and later transported to San Luis Obispo County Jail. The suspect has been identified as:
- Lizandro Jorge Rivera, 32, of Paso Robles: Lewd act upon a child, a felony, sodomy, a felony, and sexual penetration with a foreign object, a felony.
