Multiple motorcycle thefts reported in Paso Robles 

Four incidents reported since July 27Police paso robles

The Paso Robles Police Department is warning the community of ongoing thefts of off-road motorcycles. Since July 27 there have been 4 incidents reported to the police department. All of these off-road motorcycles have been stolen from open garages or unsecured side yards.

 July 27- 500 block of Rose Lane: White/blue 2007 Yamaha TTR 90 taken from side yard
 Aug. 4- 900 block of Salida Del Sol: Orange/white 2015 KTM XCF 350 taken from open garage
 Aug. 6 – 500 block of Rose Lane: White/blue 2007 Yamaha TTR 90 taken from side yard
 Aug. 7- 500 block of Rose Lane: Green 1994 Kawasaki KX125 taken from open garage

During the theft on Aug. 6, the victim saw the suspect pushing the motorcycle out of the side yard to the street. By the time the victim got to the front of his house the suspect had started the motorcycle and had driven away. He was last seen in the area of Crazy Horse Drive. The suspect was described as a white male adult, approximately 25 years old, short blonde hair, last seen wearing a red polo shirt, blue jeans with a black backpack.

The Paso Robles Police Department wants to remind residents to secure all doors and windows of their homes including garages and side yards. Also make sure that all vehicles that are left unattended have the doors and windows locked or are otherwise secured and that no valuables are left in view.
