New computer in children’s library

An AWE brand children’s computer.

The Children’s Library at the Paso Robles City Library has a new computer just for small children. It is not connected to the Internet and designed specifically for younger children with a primary-color keyboard and smaller mouse.

The AWE computer is loaded with many fun and educational preschool games in such subjects as math and problem-solving; science and nature; social science and geography; reading and phonics; writing and computer skills; and music and art.

Children eight years and younger are invited to sign in at the Children’s Desk for 30-minute blocks of time and enjoy the library’s latest in learning fun.

The Paso Robles City Library is located at 1000 Spring Street and is open Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.. For more information on library programs and events, please call (805) 237-3870.
