Opolo Winery appeals county conditions on expansion
The San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors will meet on Tuesday, February 5th at 9 am in the SLOC Government Center Supervisors Chambers.
The agenda includes a hearing to consider an appeal by Rick Quinn of Opolo Vineyards regarding the Planning Commission’s approval of a conditional use permit to allow a three stage phased expansion of an existing winery (Opolo Winery) – the basis of the applicant’s appeal are three separate conditions of approval pertaining to the use of the site for “wine industry events” and restrictions on amplified music
Other items on the agenda include:
- A request to approve an $82,000 contract with Southern California Gas Company to implement the Energy Watch Partnership Program for calendar years 2013 and 2014.
- Submittal of the County’s 2012 Annual Report.
- Submittal of a resolution increasing the Real Estate Prosecution Fraud fee from $3 to $7 – providing an approximate increase in annual revenue of $183,880
