Pacifica offers two large vineyards for sale
Pacifica Commercial Realty this week announced two exclusive winegrape vineyards for sale in the Paso Robles area.

The largest property for sale is the Feurstein Ranch at 4697 La Panza Road in Creston listed for $9.5 million. The property includes of 313 acres divided into three parcels. It is planted with 66 acres of mature Cabernet Sauvignon winegrapes with an additional 27 acres planted in the spring of 2014. The vineyards have yielded 6.6- to 8.2 tons per acre. The ranch’s location gives it the nighttime cooling of the Templeton Gap and the rolling hills of the landscape provide natural frost protection. Another 74 acres of the ranch is farmed with alfalfa.
Another property for sale, the Calverne Sayler vineyard located at 6955 Estrella Road, offers 95.9 acres for $3.25 million. The vinyards have been planted with 46 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, 18 acres of Merlot, and 1-acre of Syrah grapes. The vineyard has 6′ X 10′ spacing and 726 vines per acre. The vineyard’s 2013 harvest of 256 tons, 3.89 tons per acre, was sold to premium local wineries.
