Rain, high winds in forecast 

Rain, heavy winds expected to travel through county this afternoon, into the night

–The National Weather Service has issued a high wind advisory and hazardous weather warning for Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo County today.

A cold front is expected to sweep across the area this afternoon and tonight, and should bring rain and gusty winds. Rainfall amounts are expected to range between one quarter and one half inches, but foothills and mountains could see up to two inches, according to the weather service.

High winds are expected, especially in the mountains, deserts and interior valleys where gusts could reach up to 60 mph. Weather underground is predicting a 99-percent chance of rain by 11 p.m. today.
