PASO ROBLES – Century 21 Hometown Realty agent Mike Shaheen announced this week the launch of his new website, WhatsGreatAboutPasoRobles.com. The ever-expanding site will feature informational videos on the communities, businesses and available properties of Paso Robles and neighboring cities of Atascadero and Templeton, CA.
A companion Facebook page offers timely information on upcoming events and recreational activities, along with recent news, video links and available properties. Visitors are encouraged to post their thoughts, photos, videos and links to what they think is great about Paso Robles and the surrounding area, too.
“I wanted visitors to my website and Facebook page to get a full picture of all the exciting events, recreational activities, unique businesses and amazing properties that are available here in Northern San Luis Obispo County,” said Shaheen.
As a former video technician for the film business and lifelong photographer, Shaheen offers his real estate clients free video presentations and photography of their properties. Visitors to the website can then view the listings, inside and out, to determine if the property has all the essential elements they’re seeking.
“The videos really help qualify the property for potential buyers, saving them a lot of time and energy,” Shaheen said.
Shaheen also produces the What’s Great About Paso Robles blog for those interested in the state of real estate in Northern San Luis Obispo County. Additional topics will include the unique businesses and current local events that make North County such a great destination for those seeking a better quality of life.
