Recruitment of new GM, budget, and more on TCSD agenda
Interim General Manager to participate in first meeting since coming on board
The Templeton Community Services District (TCSD) Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, February 19th at 7 pm in the TCSD boardroom located at 5th & Crocker next to the Fire Station.
The CLOSED SESSION agenda includes:
· A conference with Legal Counsel regarding anticipated litigation
· Conference with Labor Negotiators – Unrepresented employees – Administrative and Recreational, Utility, non-contracted Fire, and Department Managers – Agency designated representative: Interim General Manager David Andres
The OPEN SESSION includes:
· ACTION on the nomination of District Engineer Tina Mayer to the Paso Robles Groundwater Basin Steering Committee
· ACTION on professional consulting services with Dr. Richard for consulting and sample analysis in support of troubleshooting the Meadowbrook Wastewater Treatment Plant system
· PRESENTATION by Finance Analyst Natalie Klock and Interim General Manager David Andres on the status of the District’s 2012-13 annual budget
· ACTION on a proposed recruitment schedule, costs, and information for recruitment of a new General Manager
· ACTION on Resolution 1-2013 that establishes health benefit vesting requirements for all new hires as of March 1, 2013
