Chris Mitchum, a candidate for the 24th Congressional District, will be speaking at the Paso Robles Republican Women’s meeting at noon on Monday, September 15 at the Paso Robles Golf Club located at 1600 Country Club Drive.
A resident of Santa Barbara since 1984, Mitchum began his acting career in the John Wayne film “Rio Lobo”. He went on to star in over 50 films and in 1983 was elected to the Board of Directors of the Screen Actors Guild He is presently head of Mitchum Enterprises; a real estate company in Santa Barbara.
Mitchum is a fiscal conservative who wants to rebuild the economy by reducing regulations and allowing the free market to operate. He will support a balanced budget amendment, a strong military, a secure border and immigration policies that are good for America. The Paso Robles Republican Women’s group invites the public to join them. Guests are welcome.
