Road improvements near Cuesta North County campus progress
Improvements along the east side of Buena Vista to Dallons Drive over near the Cuesta College North County campus in Paso Robles are moving along. According to Capital Projects Engineer Ditas Esperanza, the city’s contractor has completed the removal of old asphalt, has graded for subgrade, and has placed bases for the curbs, gutter, sidewalk and roadway widening.
They will now begin placing forms for the curbs, gutters and sidewalks in the next few weeks and then placing concrete, Esperanza said.
Traffic is being detoured around the construction zone because the area of work is narrow.
