Rocky Canyon Kennels expands with new facility
With the addition of a second Atascadero dog boarding location, the folks at Rocky Canyon Kennels and Rocky Canyon Kennels Too! have expanded their offering of friendly, safe, affordable and personalized daycare, boarding, training, and grooming for dogs and cats year-round.
Between the two facilities, located at 6805 Rocky Canyon Road and 6410 Asuncion Road in Atascadero, owners Aaron and Mary Kay Mills and their staff have the ability to tailor each individual pet’s needs at their well-equipped facilities that include large group play yards, private play yards less social guests and climate control.
“Opening Rocky Canyon Kennels Too! was a dream come true for both of us,” Aaron says.
Mary Kay adds, “We are now able to provide a one-stop destination for Atascadero pet boarding plus having our dog trainer, Ashley Starling, and groomer, Melanie Tucker, on site is just fantastic. We have a full menu of services to fit each pet and pet owner’s needs.”
Pet owners will have peace of mind knowing their dog or cat will be enjoying some vacation time of its own in a chemical-free, organic environment whether dropping off a pet for day care or an extended vacation at either Rocky Canyon Kennel location. Overnight guests that play all day and stay all night will sleep easy in large, spacious 8×12 runs. Family sleeping, for those with two or more dogs, is also available.
