Search warrant leads to drug arrest on Oak St.

On Wednesday, April 9, at about 5:30 p.m., the Paso Robles Police Department’s Special Enforcement Team served a narcotics related search warrant in the 500 block of Oak Street in the City of Paso Robles. During the search of the residence 8.2 gram of methamphetamine, 235 grams of marijuana, scales, indicia of packaging for sales of narcotics, two rifles, and $1,700 was seized.

Jose Luis Echevarria, 35, of Paso Robles was arrested and later booked into the San Luis Obispo County jail after the execution of the search warrant. He was arrested on possession of marijuana for sale, a felony, possession of a controlled substance for sale, a felony, and felony child endangerment.
