Seven North County citizens booked into jail for probation violations 

– Seven North County residents were found to be in violation of their probation agreements and have been booked into San Luis Obispo County Jail as a result of a compliance operation on Saturday.

The San Luis Obispo County Probation Department, San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office, Paso Robles Police Department and Atascadero Police Department conducted the probation compliance operation on Saturday, July 18. Law enforcement personnel contacted individuals on probation in northern San Luis Obispo County including the cities of Paso Robles and Atascadero, as well as the unincorporated areas of Shandon and San Miguel.

As a result of the multi-agency compliance operation, seven subjects were arrested for probation violations and one subject was taken into custody on an outstanding arrest warrant. 20 individuals were found to be in compliance with the court ordered terms and conditions of probation. Officers also confiscated a small quantity of methamphetamine.

All of the following persons on probation were booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail:

Cooper Louis Garland

Louis Cooper, 47, of San Miguel.

Costa Michael Gary

Michael Costa, 49, of Atascadero.

Goldsmith Jesse JohnJoseph

Jesse Goldsmith, 23, of Paso Robles.

Livermore, Nicholas Ryan

Nicholas Livermore, 33, of Atascadero.

Montenegro, Emilio Guillermo

Emilio Montenegro, 30, of San Miguel.

 

Salvage Damien S

Damien Salvage, 36, of Paso Robles.

Wood Eric Lee

Eric Wood, 23, of Paso Robles.
