Veterans invited to attend assembly at Winifred Pifer 

–Winifred Pifer Elementary School in the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District is inviting all veterans in the community to attend a special Veterans Day assembly on Tuesday, Nov. 10 at 1:30 p.m.

The assembly is an opportunity for the students to learn about the importance of Veterans Day and recognize the men and women in the military who have served or are currently serving our country.

The Veterans Day Assembly is an annual event put on by the school. Students will be singing patriotic songs and sharing important facts about the history of Veterans Day.

Winifred Pifer Elementary is located at 1350 Creston Road in Paso Robles. For more information, contact the school at (805) 769-1300. All guests must first check in at the office.
