Youth arts foundation hires new director of development
– Paso Robles Youth Arts Foundation this week announced the hiring of Emily Jagger as its new director of development. The position is responsible for raising awareness, community outreach, donor solicitation, fundraising and grant writing. She will serve as the ambassador of communications for the organization and report to Executive Director Mindy Sisemore.

“I have a passion for the arts, and this couldn’t be a more perfect fit with my background and experience,” Jagger says. “I am absolutely thrilled to join such an amazing organization that supports such talented youth.”
Jagger grew up in the North San Luis Obispo County, and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from UC Santa Cruz. Prior to joining PRYAF, she served as outreach and communications coordinator at Wilshire Health and Community Services, outreach and development coordinator at the Harold J. Miossi Art Gallery at Cuesta College, and spent nearly ten years working with ARTS Obispo, the San Luis Obispo County Arts Council.

One of Jagger’s first tasks will be to help organize the 4th Annual Dining with the Arts dinner theater fundraiser event on Oct. 24th from 6-10 p.m. in Berg Auditorium located at 3201 Spring Street in Paso Robles.
