13th Street closed at Riverside Ave.
Workers have closed 13th Street at Riverside Ave. for two days.
A major artery to downtown Paso Robles is closed for two days as Union Pacific Railroad is upgrading their tracks, says Ditas Esperanza, capital projects engineer for the city. The section of road closed is 13th Street between Riverside Ave. and Railroad Street on Monday and Tuesday.
Last week the workers completed the tracks at 10th and 12th streets. On Wednesday and Thursday of this week they will be at 16th Street. The following Monday and Tuesday, Nov. 3-4, they will be at 21st Street.
