Paso Robles Police received an emergency call before noon on Wednesday that a baby was found crawling in the street near Georgia Brown Elementary School on the north side of Paso Robles.
A janitor at the school found the baby, reportedly 10-months-old, crawling in diapers.
According to Paso Robles Police Commander Stephen Lampe, “The child was in the backyard with siblings while the mother was cleaning. The child went out a side gate without being noticed by the siblings.
“No injuries were reported and the child was reunited with mother. No criminal charges are being filed.”
