Bearcats softball to face Bullard High School 

North County sports update

–The Paso Robles Bearcats girls softball team will play at Bullard High School on Tuesday afternoon. The winner of that game will play for the Division 1 Championship next Saturday.

The Atascadero girls softball team will play #3 seeded Stockdale of Bakersfield on Tuesday. If Atascadero and Paso Robles each win Tuesday, they’ll play each other in the championship game.

In Division III, the Templeton girls softball team will host #3 seed Selma on Tuesday. The winner of that game will advance to the Division III championship game against either #1 seed Dinuba or #4 Liberty. Templeton is seeded #2 in that division.

In the CIF Central Section boys baseball playoffs, Templeton beat St. Joseph 3-1 on Friday to advance to the semifinals. Meanwhile, Atascadero clobbered North Bakersfield 19-1. So, Atascadero will host Templeton on Wednesday at 4:30 in the semifinals of Division III.

In Division One, San Luis Obispo boys baseball team beat Clovis West 2-0. And Righetti beat Liberty of Bakersfield, 3-2. So, Righetti plays Frontier on Wednesday, and San Luis Obispo plays Clovis. The winners of those two games meet for the CIF Central Section Division One Championship
