Kudos to Derek Stroud
Friend, colleague and legendary PRHS coach Derek Stroud resigned from coaching baseball after (20) full seasons. In those (20) seasons Derek Stroud took our PRHS Bearcat baseball team to the CIF playoffs and competed in 17 CIF appearances out of 20 seasons. In addition too just recently winning the PAC 8 league championship in 2017 and making a semifinal appearance in CIF.

Please note: We will be honoring Derek Stroud on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2019 at our very first home baseball game vs. the Templeton Eagles. More details will be coming out in January of 2019.

Speaking of Bearcat Baseball, please welcome our new Varsity Head Coach Jonathon Thornhill. Coach Thornhill is a familiar face to the county and to our community. Coach Thornhill has coached here at Paso Robles HS at one time before making other coaching appearances in Templeton and in Atascadero. We are very excited to have Coach Thornhill and he is excited to take on the challenge and continue the success of Bearcat Baseball. Welcome aboard Coach Thornhill.
