City Council approves new land subdivisions

The Paso Robles City Council recently approved the subdivision of four commercial/industrial lots on the eastern end of Wisteria Lane near the headquarters of IQMS. The council voted unanimously to approve the final map for the 8.4-acre subdivision, which had been approved by the Paso Robles Planning Commission in April 2006. The subdivision, resolution 12-186 was at the request of Tom Erskine, owner of Country Real Estate.

The council also approved a request by real estate developer John Ferguson to subdivide eight acres into eight residential lots of one-acre size. The location of the property is at 935 Creston Road, Paso Robles.
