The public meeting is July 2 at 7 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, 1000 Spring Street.
City staff and project designers will present the preliminary plans, receive public comments, and answer questions.
If you have questions before the meeting, contact Ditas Esperanza, the city’s capital projects engineer, at (805) 237-3861 or email ditas@prcity.com.
