City reviewing its housing needs 

Charles LorenzenOn Tuesday, July 8, the Paso Robles Planning Commission and City Council will hold a joint public workshop to accept comments on the Draft Housing Element Update 2014.

The Housing Element provides an analysis of the city’s housing needs for all income groups, and a set of policies and actions the city will undertake to meet identified needs. State Law requires that the city’s Housing Element be updated in 2014.

The Draft Housing Element Update 2014 is now available for review and comment: http://www.prcity.com/government/departments/commdev/housing/housing-element.asp Copies of the draft Housing Element are also available in the City Library and at the Community Development Department at City Hall.

The workshop will be conducted at 7:30 pm in the City Council Chambers on the first floor at Paso Robles City Hall/Library, 1000 Spring Street, Paso Robles.
