Comet Realty celebrates 12 Years in business
Comet Realty announced this month that it is celebrating 12 years in business. Owner/broker Hayley Townley not only sells homes, but she also designs rooms for clients on a part-time, word-of-mouth basis. Comet Realty, a San Luis Obispo real estate company, is a local company that can answer your questions quickly.
“We live, work and play on the Central Coast, and have the local knowledge to get business done,” said Comet Realty broker/owner Hayley Townley, who owns the company with her husband, Tim.
Hayley has been a licensed Realtor since 1989 and said she has an extensive background in sales and marketing. Hayley is also Feng Shui certified and Green Certified Leaders for real estate professionals. She understands perseverance, tenacity and the art of finding and making a house a home for her clients and their referrals. Hayley runs Comet Realty’s Paso Robles Property Management Division, making sure investors and tenants alike are treated with honesty, integrity and respect.
“Our goal is simple: We work to make your real estate transaction a pleasant experience,” Hayley said. “Everyone’s needs are different. Tim had a successful 24-year career with Copeland’s Sports when he decided in November 2004 to spend more time on the Central Coast and less time traveling. Tim is very involved in leadership having served as president of the San Luis Obispo Association of Realtors, as well as state director for California Association of Realtors. He was voted SLO Association Realtor of the Year in 2011 by his peers. For fun, he coaches two soccer teams, and helps run CCSoccer, a Central Coast Adult Co-ed, and CCSoccer 35+ Soccer Mens league.
